Doesn't have a point of view

shoooooooooes
boo hoo hoo.

so much has happened to me over the last week, as expected. i have felt exceedingly guilty for not sharing it with you, the internet viewers. i feel even more guilty about what has forced me to post. i have been planning and searching for the perfect pair of converse. i had found them, on sale none the less. i went right now to order them and saw, none in my size. boo hoo hoo.

no shoes for the shoe girl.

my new food blog is up and running. sharon, hit the publish button! kenneth, help me contact you! Here's the address for all that are interested. Http://sgcuizine.blogspot.com. I will try my best to figure out how to archive by food type.

So, to summarize my week: I met some new people. I didn't like it. Do you get to a point where new people and new friends are basically unnecessary? I am very content as it is and I know I won't see these people after 7 weeks of time.
The girl who I've been through urine samples, being locked in a metal box, and false air monitor alarms with scared me at first. She touched my shoulders on the first day, but now I am happy to have befriended her.
Driving the stick shift is getting better. It seriously is more nerve racking than going to work in a building with yellow and magenta radiation warning signs.
The other girl I work with says yee-haw on a daily basis. This also causes me much concern.
My life is a series of daily adventures with my little car and me and sometimes Barbara (my co-intern).
My car's tape player is now working. I basically have my two taped episodes of Breakfast with the Beatles memorized (one Deirdre tribute, one George birthday). Speaking of the Beatles, listening to Alex and David really makes my week. Maybe it's just the power of radio shows to make me happy. I briefly hung out with them this weekend and scoped out a location for a special live broadcast/beatles brunch. Unfortunately, downtown Walla Walla isn't too happenin' on a Sunday morning.
Speaking of radio shows, listen to dj dumpling and lillian on www.uclaradio.com, wednesday from 4-6, for quality banter and most likely decent music. You never can tell with that Xi and his inferior taste in pop music.
Oh, and to complete my summary, my happy cheery red bike has a very unhappy flat tire. I tried to ride it to the garden after their show and it made a sad sound. Boo hoo hoo.
