Doesn't have a point of view

the world should know
Logan Whitehurst will be interviewed tonight on the best college radio show EVER: The Manatee. Listen tonight from 10-12 pm. I am excited. Lilian is excited. You should be too.

dead
My laptop's monitor died yesterday. Yes, I am telling my blog because I deserve to whine a little. This is the second time in the past 2 months. I was just about to take it back with me to the science building to camp out and work on my literature review.
Everyone made their return to my world yesterday except for Chau, although she did call to tell me about her adventures. My Whitman bubble is not quite complete without my roommate.
If Karina loves the mountains, I love the clouds.

unappreciated
I must repeat my love for domestic abuse. These boots greatly resemble the black ones that were reluctantly purchased yet saved my what-would-have-been-freezing feet on new year's eve.

two new discoveries
I found these wonderful cards the other day on My My. I might actually use some Christmas money on them before the New Year's special is over.
I found this last night while desperate to hear the Postal Service's Clark Gable. I tried to read the faqs about it, but I am still very confused. How can a website just stream music like this without simultaneously robbing me of my soul? I really don't know and I really stopped caring once I discovered that I could listen to Ninja High School which I have had in my head every day I left Whitman. It also allowed me to hear Kylie sing Santa Baby. Ah, my ears are happy.

I'm back from my whirlwind trip to New York City. Here's me, Sharon, and Karina taking our daily ferry ride from Staten Island to Manhattan. The entire trip was a wonderful time filled with laughs and good stories, both old and new. I still cannot believe how much we were able to see. Although I did not buy Explod-o-pop or Gus's pickles, I did have a real egg cream and the best frosted cupcake I've ever tasted. Wow, LA is bright in comparison to NY and I'm glad to be back. Now that I'm at home, I am subjecting myself to the cruelty of chemistry. Please save me as often as possible.
